Lennox is the High School Vice Principal and IBDP Coordinator at Shanghai Community International School - Hongqiao Campus. His previous schools include IGB International School in Kuala Lumpur, where he was the founding Secondary School Principal, and Beijing BISS International School where he served as Secondary School Principal and IBDP Coordinator. Along his educational journey he has also worked as the Curriculum Manager for DP Physics and Mathematics and MYP Sciences and Mathematics at the IB Global Centre in The Hague.

Lennox presented at the ManageBac User Group Conference in Hong Kong in 2016.
